9 of Pentacles - Tarot

The 9 of Pentacles represents luxury and abundance. Here we are enjoying all that we have cultivated and created. Our hard work and dedication to our path has brought us to a point of now being able to enjoy a well-crafted lifestyle in which we are able to relax into the abundance that now surrounds us.

When we have reached the 9 of Pentacles, we can see that we have solidified a strong foundation of abundance that is secured within our reality.  No longer is this abundance fleeting, but rather it is enduring and long lasting thanks to our past efforts to put the things in place that would allow this abundance to flourish and flow continuously.

In reaching this point, we are encouraged to slow down and enjoy this moment and all that we have created. It can be tempting to rush off to do more or to start something new, but this card asks us to really enjoy what we now have here and now.  This is a moment to appreciate and be grateful and to show this by being present with all that is here now.  

The 9 of Pentacles assures us that it is ok to relax and enjoy.  We cannot be working and doing all the time. What is the point of all our hard work if we cannot allow ourselves to really be present and enjoy the pay off?  There is luxury and abundance that surrounds us, but if we do not stop to smell the flowers, it is wasted.  So, the 9 of Pentacles is our call to relax, enjoy and to be grateful.

The 9 of Pentacles also asks us to be present by letting go of any thoughts right now about what comes next or what might be lacking.  There is so much to be grateful for and the 9 of Pentacles says take this moment to really feel the truth of this.  Remember there was once a moment when you wished to be here, and it felt like a distant dream.  Now that you are here, appreciate it truly for all that it is and all that it is gifting to you.
